READY TO MAKE YOUR FIRST STEPS IN DRIVING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN SOCIETY? COME ABOARD! We are looking for someone who will help us to skyrocket our message into the wide, wide world. And by that… we really mean THE WORLD! Our community and operations span 5 continents. We work with partners across the globe: from Japan, to India, Ghana, Brazil, the US and closer to home in France, the UK and the Netherlands (to name just a few 🌎). This will be in the form of a full-time internship in Amsterdam & online. And who knows what next? You’ll be working as part of the Instruments Team, our comms, design & tech gurus. That doesn’t mean your creativity will be siloed, though! From this team, you will be collaborating with our colleagues across all the DSS teams.

- recording and producing podcasts, infomercials and promotional videos in close collaboration with Digital Society School project teams; - helping organise online events such as masterclasses, MOOCs and conferences/exhibitions and produce materials for them; - designing and optimizing our mobile-friendly social media content and communications; - creating eye-catching marketing collateral together with our comms and project teams; - helping deliver inspiring content on our websites and other communication channels;

- a hands-on, getting things done type of person who is able to take initiative and bring refreshing ideas to the table; - able to work with the Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, PremierePro/After Effects, Illustrator), Sketch; - can work with both moving image, still image and with text; - love staying up to date with the latest trends in design, culture, society; - eager and always looking to improve brand performance through your work; there’s always room for better; - a team player, you like meeting new people and working closely with others on a shared goal - are able to communicate in English with a diverse and international team - ideally a media/communications/design student in a university of applied sciences (HBO level) or similar, but it’s not a must.
