About Us

Built-ID is an online platform that enables property developers to unearth, connect and work with the professionals that were involved in the property projects they admire. About the Role

We’re an award-winning tech startup looking for a driven individual to join our fast-growing team. You need to be passionate about property development, community engagement and most importantly, harnessing tech to make a positive impact.

You'll be working closely with the CEO to transform community engagement by engaging demographics that are currently disenfranchised from the process. You'll also lead the community engagement rollout for especially sensitive and complex client projects.

What You're Gonna Do

  • Regular feedback of insights to influence and improve customer proposition.
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure business resources are proactively developed and managed to achieve client deliverables.
  • Motivate and inspire the account and sales team members.
  • Coordinate project programme activities, meetings and key dates with the Account team.
  • Manage and grow account revenue within timelines and budgets.
  • Liaising with charity partners.
  • Financial management – prepare financial reviews, progress reports.

About You

  • 5 + years community engagement experience.
  • A personable team player with ability to deliver results through teamwork
  • Experienced in presentations, negotiating and management techniques
  • Organised, well prepared and ability to be keep calm under pressure
  • Committed, enthusiastic and passionate about planning and community engagement
  • Excellent communication skills (email, phone, in-person) and a real passion to help
    people.
  • Willing to get your hands dirty and work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
    environment.
  • Ability to think critically about products and processes to understand where they can be
    improved.
  • Strong negotiation and deal making skills
  • Proven track record of exceptional results and getting things done
  • Inspiring leader that has a desire to mentor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – able to build relationships at all levels
