About the Role

As the Central Policy & Sustainability Intern, you will be at the heart of our global public affairs and sustainability strategy. You will contribute to projects to demonstrate and advance Dott's city partnership and sustainability performance. You will be part of the Market Development team, responsible for maintaining strong relationships with city partners and expanding Dott's footprint across Europe and the Middle East.

What You're Gonna Do

  • Policy analysis: Collect and analyze data points from rider surveys, internal databases, and desk research to strengthen policy argumentation & inform recommendations to cities.
  • Report writing: Deliver high-quality reports that showcase Dott's leadership on key topics (e.g. sustainability, safety, mode shift, parking) to be shared with city officials, investors, and the general public.
  • Project management: Support in managing cross-functional projects to track, improve, and certify the sustainability of our service (e.g. carbon footprint calculations).
  • Process improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to increase team efficiency.

About You

  • Currently in the final semester of studies in business, political science, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or project work in policy analysis, communications, corporate sustainability, or mobility is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling, easy-to-understand insights.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite office tools (or similar).
  • Additional data analysis skills (SQL, Tableau, GIS) are a plus.
  • Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive; eager to learn.
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).

Salary

€1,200 EUR
