About Us

Urban visual co-creation platform in progress, target launch early 2023.

About the Role

We're recruiting a Community Manager for Metvibee, the extended reality (XR) platform for participatory and collaborative urban design. In this role, you'll be connecting with potential customers to understand about their needs and preferences, to negotiate collaborations to apply Metvibee to participatory urban design processes, and to explore how Metvibee's user experience could work best to suit customers' needs.

What You're Gonna Do

  • Identify, reach out to, and communicate with potential customers and understand their needs and workflow with regards to participatory urban design, urban co-creation and prototyping

  • Research, in collaboration with potential customers, to understand how Metvibee could help stakeholders participate in the urban planning and design process

  • Share your insights with the team about your research, and how the user experience of Metvibee might suit our potential customers

  • Work with the team in creating a consistent user experience in urban visual co-creation

  • Manage and create engaging and interactive social media and website content, as well as other advertisements and other marketing channels

  • Plan and coordinate demo testing and engagement events for prospective customers

  • Any other activities that would help form a community around Metvibee and participatory urban design processes.

About You

  • Experience in getting in touch with prospective customers, and working with them on product development

  • Good knowledge, connections and involvement in the urban planning and design community in Europe/US

  • Experience in managing social media accounts and Wordpress website, and creating content that can engage prospective customers

  • Passion about cities, urban planning, arts, and culture

  • Knowledge of participatory urban planning and design processes is a great advantage

  • If you're based in Stockholm, Sweden, it's a great advantage

  • Other relevant skills that would help you succeed in the position and in the team

What We Offer

The position is remote and the working hours are flexible. We expect you to work in the team at around 50% to 75% full time. Team meetings will mostly be online. However, if you're based in Stockholm, it'll be an advantage as we can hang out as a team and know each other more!

As we're still at a pre-funding stage, the position is unpaid at the moment and compensation is by shares in the startup (negotiable). But of course, we can negotiate that as the startup grows and the financial situation becomes viable!

Salary

By startup shares (to be negotiated)

International Candidates

We’re not fully sure whether this role is open to international candidates. If you would need visa sponsorship or work authorisation, we recommend checking directly with the employer before applying.
