Manifesto is a place where people from all stripes meet and spend time together. Enjoy music, djs, movies, dance and discover culinary art. We curate and invite local emerging artists, talented singers and established djs and offer them our stage at one of the most visited places in Prague. We need a core member to our international team to create the best audible (and edible) cultural experiences in Manifesto.

• Develop music & culture events program from conception to implementation ensuring all events are on budget and meet the high Manifesto Market creative standards.
• Create individual music & culture event proposals, covering timelines, production costs, potential vendors, staffing needs, and budget parameters.
• Manage day-of responsibilities for Manifesto events, including logistics, contact lists, collect marketing materials and other materials as needed.
• Manage Manifesto event schedule & calendar.
• Own and manage the Music & Culture Manifesto budget.
• Identify artists, performers across various cultural scenes (ie: music, food, community).
• Responsible for on-site production of events in collaboration with on-site managers.
• Deal with any problems that may arise during the event, and liaising closely with the site manager.
• Implement inputs from and coordinates the schedule with marketing team and private events team.

• Very well-organised and able to remain calm and clear-headed at all times.
• Strong organizational skill to deal with unexpected situations on-site, manage suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of culture, music required, connection with food culture welcome.
• Understanding of the technical aspects of the production is expected.
• Connections within the local music scene with a deep understanding of the community and what makes MANIFESTO thrive, highly preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Czech is a must.
