As a PR and Content Intern/Student Worker you will be part of a growing global communications team that spans PR, Marketing, Branding and more, with many exciting tasks ahead. With skills in writing and content distribution, you will be essential in growing the presence of Henning Larsen in Scandinavian and International media. In our team, you will be independent, working both with your colleagues in the communications team and with teams of architects, urbanists, landscape designers, and researchers to document and share the work happening in our studios across the world.
We are seeking two interns and/or student workers to join our global communications team in Copenhagen. For interns we are looking for a minimum 6 – 12-month commitment; for student workers we look for a minimum commitment of 20hrs a week. The position(s) are paid, and have the opportunity for extension and advancement.
During the internship, you will gain a broad insight into the international architecture market and media network while working with public relations and branding in the creative industry. You will refer to our Press and Content Editor while working closely with many different partners, project managers and architects from our studio.
We are seeking two candidates; one interested in pursuing press and communications work for our Scandinavian markets (working primarily in the Danish language) and one interested in working on global press and communications (working primarily in the English language.)
Candidates ideally have prior knowledge or interest in architecture, are communications-savvy with excellent writing skills. Experience in architecture and design is a plus, but most importantly, we need a self-structured, efficient colleague and writer.
The ideal candidate enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment, views public relations or marketing as a potential career, and has a bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, architecture, or similar. As a person, we expect you to be ambitious, proactive, organized and self-disciplined. Candidates should be skilled in the Microsoft suite; experience with Adobe suite programs (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
