About Us

Future of London helps build better cities through knowledge, networks and leadership – across disciplines, organisations and sectors. We are the Capital’s independent network for regeneration, housing, infrastructure and economic development practitioners, with 3,800+ professionals using FoL as a hub for sector intelligence, connection and professional development, and a mandate to prepare the next generation of cross-sector city leaders.

About the Role

A great opportunity for an experienced programme or events manager or PA looking to move into the built environment sector, or to operate within a more senior, London-wide network in a really positive environment.

You will be the linch-pin for three of our core programmes. Future London Leaders and Leaders Plus support the next wave of senior decision-makers in housing, planning, regeneration and infrastructure. The Council-Led Housing Forum brings together boroughs from across the capital to share innovation and best practice in a new era of councils building their own affordable homes.

Working with the Head of Leadership, you’ll support the delivery of a busy programme of events ranging from seminars and workshops to networking and field trips. You’ll be working with a dynamic, diverse range of participants from practitioners at the start of their leadership journey to Executive Directors and CEOs driving change in London.

You will be responsible for managing logistics; dealing professionally with candidates, mentors, suppliers and sponsors; and helping to source speakers; your content ideas are also welcome and are a great way to grow within and beyond FoL. Working with the Head of Leadership, you will help drive the quality and growth of these acclaimed programmes.
