In our new DFG research project ARROW (Augmented Reality expeRiments for small things On Wheels), we will collaborate with the Augmented Vision Lab at RPTU to develop technologies and research methods for Augmented Reality (AR) experiments. For example, we will allow participants to ride in a controlled training environment and deliberately modify their perceived surroundings using AR. With this innovative research
approach, we aim to study the riding behaviour of cyclists and their interactions with other road users.

Your contributions to ARROW will include:
MSc or equivalent in (Transport) Engineering, Spatial Planning, Urbanism (mobility focus), Computer Science (with an excellent track record).
Motivated to pursue a doctorate.
Excellent communication skills, independent and team-oriented.
Curious and willing to be at the forefront of science.
Fluent in English or German (with good knowledge of the other).
