What You're Gonna Do

  • Supports client presentations and project pursuit interviews
  • Collaborates with Project Managers to address client budget needs and project profitability
  • Interfaces with clients, consultants, service providers and HOK collaborating offices on project pursuits, design and technical communication
  • Collaborates with marketing team on new prospects when required

About You

  • 3 to 4 years in Urban Design or Planning
  • Capable of handling urban design and planning exercises
  • Able to lead or work in a project team
  • Good communication skills
  • Outgoing, well organized and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sketchup with knowledge of GIS, Ecotect, etc.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin required
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Urban Design or Urban Planning; a graduate degree is preferred
