The session in the year 2019 shall bring once more young experts from different countries and various disciplines together in order to discuss and develop new ideas and approaches for the future of one precious site of the city Irkutsk – campus if ISTU.
In mixed teams, supported by local and international experts the creative potential should be used and bring fresh impulses to the ongoing planning debate in Irkutsk.
The International Baikal Winter University of Urban Planning invites undergraduates, graduates, young specialists, professionals up to 35 years from following fields:

1) application form on the website
2) portfolio+cv (if you have any projects that are close to the topic of the session, please don't forget to include them)
3) 80-100 about yourself (interests and other stuff you want to tell about)
4) motivation letter
30 participants from around the world will be selected.

Winter University was founded in 1999 by the administration of Irkutsk. The program is an original model of training young professionals of various specialties related to urban planning. For 19 years in the design of innovative educational programs attended by more than 1,000 young professionals, representatives of 42 universities and experienced experts from 23 countries.
