We're recruiting co-founders to build the simplest and most intuitive urban visual co-creation platform! As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll reach out and connect with prospective customers, manage and create social media and website content, coordinate demo testing events, and so on.
What you will do
Research, identify, and capitalize on prospective customer segments and market opportunities for Metvibee
Reach out to, and interact with, potential customers and understand their needs and workflow with regards to urban visual co-creation and prototyping
Share your insights with the team about your market research and interactions with customers
Work with the team in creating a consistent user experience in urban visual co-creation
Manage and create engaging and interactive social media and website content, as well as other advertisements and other marketing channels
Plan and coordinate demo testing events for prospective customers
Any other activities that would further adoption of Metvibee as an urban co-creation platform.
To be a good fit for the position, you need to have:
Experience in getting in touch with prospective customers, and working with them on product development
A good knowledge and sense in the urban planning and design market, as well as other relevant customer segments
Experience in managing social media accounts and creating content
Experience with managing a Wordpress website
Passion about cities, urban planning, arts, and culture
Other relevant skills that would help you succeed in the position and in the team
Working with us
The position is remote and the working hours are flexible. We expect you to work in the team at around 50% to 75% full time. Team meetings will mostly be online. However, if you're based in Stockholm, it'll be an advantage as we can hang out as a team and know each other more!
In addition, we're going to Web Summit in Lisbon in November 2022 as an Alpha Startup, and you'll get a free badge as part of the team!
Compensation
As we're just starting up, the position is unpaid at the moment and compensation is by shares in the startup (negotiable). But of course, we can negotiate that as the startup grows and the financial situation becomes viable!
