Our Collective and Intelligent Mobility Team requires a Mobility expert with a strong background in Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS)

We are actively participating in ambitious EU-funded research projects on Connected and Cooperative Automated Mobility and innovative energy/ mobility concepts, your tasks will be to contribute to knowledge creation, management, solution and policy development in these areas, as part of international, multidisciplinary teams.

You have a solid background in Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) or other technology areas of relevance, e.g. traffic engineering as well as more recent topics like automation or data science – with a relevant Masters degree. You have a strong motivation to support the development of sustainable urban mobility across the world and you are able to speak and write English and German at an advanced level; knowledge of other languages is very welcome.

You will join a diverse international team. Our working mode is mainly digital although we also enjoy working together in our office in central Cologne whenever possible. We support flexible working hours and remote working to fit to everyone individually. We are adopting agile work methods to increase our flexibility and innovation capacity and we actively engage in further developing our thematic portfolio.
