Builders Patch is a secure, cloud-based platform to manage multifamily housing deals from acquisition to asset management. The platform is focused on automating due diligence collection, underwriting, and loan approval for lenders and multifamily developers.

What You're Gonna Do

The role: - Requires you to build a deep understanding of the market need and our product offering. - Understand different sales channels to run discovery calls and create demo sets. - Demo a complex SaaS platform to the customers needs. - Create sales processes and nurture leads - short and long term. - Attend conferences, events and business development opportunities. - Prospect and qualify accounts using our CRM, conferences, marketing tools. - Work to meet and exceed monthly goals defined to maximize deal flow with outbound emails, calls, setting up meetings, etc. - Take initiative to help marketing convert their efforts into

About You

What you bring to the table - 5+ year experience in SaaS sales - Background in SaaS platform sales and/or Real Estate preferred - Experience with Excel, CRM system and building sales infrastructure - Passion to change the world one sale at a time.
