The Mobility Centre of Excellence will coordinate innovation transversal programme and support BU in initiatives in the field of mobility across Ferrovial (Cities, Highways, Airports and Construction).

- Reporting to the Innovation & Processes Director of Ferrovial, will be in charge of defining and coordinate the innovation mobility Programme and to identify, lead, promote or coordinate initiatives related to mobility as a source of value for the company in coordination with the different related business units - Understand and assess main technologies affecting the mobility landscape (Digital, connected, electric, autonomous shared mobility) - Support BU in mobility innovation programmes and ITS Projects (urban traffic, tolling systems) - Identify, conceptualize and coordinate with BU transversal innovation programmes - Ferrovial Mobility community creation and content generation - Generate an appropriate ecosystem for the development of mobility across Ferrovial (academia, research centres, start-ups, large corporates, clients). Identification of alliances with the different stakeholders involved in the field of mobility (manufacturers, integrators, suppliers or public bodies) - Support to improve Ferrovial's market positioning through new forms of mobility, both internally and externally - Coordinate with BU Ferrovial´s innovation mobility strategy - Creation of the organizational structure, motivation of a high performance team - Manage communication with the different stakeholders for the adequate monitoring of results and business information. - Seeking synergies with other projects and areas of the company, maintaining a constructive critical spirit

- University degree: Higher Engineering (valuable IT / telecommunications) or Business Administration. - Valuable: MBA, e-MBA, postgraduate in digital business or similar training from a Business School. - At least 10 years of experience in consulting, business development, innovation or in business environments related to mobility - Solid financial knowledge and business development. Having had contact with startups and new technologies - Ability to maintain one's own strategy but adapting it to a changing and even volatile environment. - Essential very high level / bilingual English. - Analytical skills, negotiation, business vision and team leadership. Excellent communication and dialogue skills.
