About Us
kg&a is an award-winning communications strategy firm specializing in city building and the urban landscape. Over the last 15+ years, we’ve earned our reputation as communications and public relations experts across the residential and commercial real estate, architecture, planning, and placemaking industries.
Regardless of sector, we work closely with our clients to help them communicate their message so that they can rise above the noise. That’s not only a matter of clarifying what our clients are saying, but where, when, why, and how they’re saying it. We know the landscape inside and out, and understand that landing a story is great, but building our clients’ brand story is better.
While experience in communications, marketing, or a related field is an asset, we define experience broadly. We’re looking for people that can help us connect the dots and make sense of our unique position at the intersection of multiple industries. As a result, we see a diversity of professional and educational backgrounds as one of our organizational strengths—and that’s why our team includes former journalists, urban planners, political advisors, economic development leaders and even sports media professionals, alongside seasoned public relations, communications, and social media experts.
