TOPOTEK 1 is an internationally operating office with a team of architects and landscape architects based in Berlin and Zurich. We realise projects in the fields of landscape architecture, architecture and urban development. Topotek 1 is looking for an experienced PR and Communications Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time. In this position, you will be responsible for researching and processing national and international competitions, award and bidding procedures. In particular, this includes the following tasks:

- Preparation of presentations, portfolios and publications - Tender management and research - Acquisitions in the area of competitions and tendering, including the preparation of application/pre-qualification documents - Writing competition texts - Website and social media management, newsletter - General press and public relations e.g. writing press releases, contact with the press, etc.

- A completed degree (min. B.A.) in a relevant field of study, e.g. communication, architecture, media management or training in a similar field - An independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working - Very good communication skills - Very good graphic and presentation skills - Team spirit and sense of responsibility - Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages are an advantage - Interdisciplinary thinking **Please note: German language skills are essential for this position.**
