About Us
New London Architecture (NLA) is the independent centre for London’s built environment, where professionals, politicians and the public can meet, learn and have a voice on the future shape of London. We bring people and ideas together to shape a better city.
Our year-round programme of research, events and exhibitions bring together our broad network to debate and discuss all issues affecting London’s built environment. We are based in The Building Centre, WC1, where our giant interactive model of central London is free to visit six days a week.
About the Role
NLA is looking for a Programme Manager to provide a critical level of support to the Programme team on three of NLA’s highest profile conference programmes (the London Real Estate Forum, London at MIPIM and London at MIPIM UK) which reach up to 2,500 delegates, as well as supporting the NLA Programme team on key elements of our year-round programme of over 150 events, awards, exhibitions and research.
You will work with a large number of important high profile clients, partners and contacts of the business from across the property, development and investment spheres on a regular basis, producing a varied and rigorous conference programme which reflects NLA’s values, showcases best practice for development in London and brings the industry together to discuss major issues for London’s built environment.
You will be involved in key meetings with sponsors and partners; programme curation; the management of all speaker invitations and communications; drafting of marketing content for online and printed communications; and communicating progress internally in a timely and concise way.
You will also be involved in helping to deliver NLA’s International Dialogues programme, a programme of events which facilitates global discussion, connecting London with other cities in order to exchange information, discuss and debate shared urban issues, and compare approaches. Speakers and audiences are connected via live video conferencing.
