About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, able to think on their feet when engaging stakeholders from different backgrounds and with the ability to inspire them to work together to create vibrant places and precinct.

What You're Gonna Do
You’ll Support The Director In:
- Developing strategies and plans to realise place-making objectives and create better and more successful places and precincts;
- Facilitating and aiding stakeholders in implementing their plans on the ground to achieve similar outcomes;
- Monitoring the efficacy and efficiency of the initiatives and reviewing them as needed; and
- Undertaking tasks that encompasses to varying extent the following:
- Stakeholder engagement and community outreach;
- Marketing and publicity;
- Event/project planning and organization;
- Leasing; and
- Facilities management
About You
- A degree in building and real estate, marketing, business, urban planning or related fields
- A growth mindset, an open mind and grit
- Able to analyse problems
- Identify practical solutions to everyday problems
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, especially in influencing across organisational boundaries
- A team player
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in planning, strategy development and engagement would be advantageous
