About the Role

Manifesto needs an experienced and motivated project manager to oversee the roll-out of new food markets. Supporting senior management, you will work with designers, planners, contractors, suppliers and vendors to deliver and open world-class gastronomy & cultural destinations in the Czech Republic and in Europe. An ability to work constructively in multidisciplinary teams with tight schedules is essential. Experience in hospitality & food retail development would be an advantage. About the project: food & beverage market in Prague | 1500 sq. meters | central location | 6-month delivery | starting immediately.

What You're Gonna Do

How we see the role & what you will do: - Reporting to senior management formally and on a real-time basis, the project manager will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of external consultants and contractors including architectural, geotechnical, environmental, traffic, civil and health & safety perminiting consultants. - Responsible for site assessment investigations, audit of jurisdictional approvals and site planning requirements. Will support the design team and permitting consultants as required for Municipal and zoning approval. - Responsible for supporting procurement and obtaining bids from subcontractors, negotiating and coordinating delivery schedules and administering supplier contracts. - Responsible for managing project budgets and payments schedules, controlling quality control of quantities and materials, and ensuring all material costs/contractor pricing variances are properly documented for the Finance department. - Responsible for coordination of internal schedules (operations, marketing, events etc.) and vendor handover schedules to ensure that the market opening schedule is tightly managed and within budget. - Risk management, with a focus on schedule.

About You

This could be your job if: - You are Czech native speaker, proficient English. - You have mid-level construction management experience 4-5 years. - Have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Nothing is impossible!
