About the Programme
This is an opportunity for you to explore the rapidly evolving world of student accommodation and the transformational influence of the latest developments from around the world in co-living and co-working design. We’ll examine the underlying trends that are stimulating shifts in approach and explore the design processes and methodologies that are leading to the creation of groundbreaking spaces. Additionally, we will discuss the emergence of new approaches in valuing and evaluating design, the impact of key drivers of change through examples from suppliers and operators. The course will provide you with the knowledge and tools needed in your day-to-day practice.
Who's Coming
- Middle management in the PBSA & Coliving sector influencing decision-making for spatial design, renewal/renovation, and/or usage of space
- Newcomers to the above who joined from another industry (i.e. hospitality)
- Middle management of other departments/functions, who have to understand the importance of the topic as it is directly related to the performance of the business (i.e. community managers, customer service, operations manager, sales & marketing, finance, facility management, etc)

In 2011, The Class Foundation was founded in response to a growing student housing crisis in the Netherlands. This regional scope widened throughout the past decade but the core purpose remained; unveiling innovative solutions to the common challenge in solving the student housing crisis.
