About the Programme
An 18-month programme for urban professionals in the public, private, and third sectors who want to understand and deliver change in cities. Study part-time and choose between attending in-person or remotely; the Executive MSc in Cities offers a flexible programme for working professionals.
Who's Coming
The Executive MSc in Cities welcomes applications from experienced professionals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, based in any location, who are committed to leading large-scale change in cities.
About You
HOW TO APPLY
All applications to the programme must be submitted through the LSE Online Application System. To complete an application, you will need:
- **University transcript and degree certificate**: You must provide a transcript and certificate for each degree listed on the application form.
- **CV or résumé**: This should detail your professional experience in chronological order, including at least 10 years of professional experience.
- **Names and contact details for two referees**: At least one referee should know you professionally. LSE will contact your referees directly via email, so please provide professional email addresses where possible.
- **Personal statement**: Provide a concise overview of your background and your reasons for applying to the programme, limited to two pages or less.
**Please note that the Executive MSc in Cities programme does not require GRE/GMAT scores.**
A number of grant schemes - including LSE Cities Scholarships and LSE Cities Alumni Scholarships - are available. As only a limited number of awards are available, we use a selection process that considers both the quality of the applicant and their financial need.
