**PARTICIPANT PROFILE**
Participants must be:
- Working in a city council, public transport authority or related public entity
- Based in a European city or metropolitan area with a population 300,000 or more
- Mid to senior-level role, either technical or strategic position
- Actively engaged in urban transformation or mobility initiatives
**HOW TO APPLY?**
Participants need to be nominated by senior figures in city councils, such as the head of their organisation, senior executives, city council leaders or leaders from organisations involved in urban transformation projects, including public transport authorities.

**Application Procedure:**
**For Nominees:**
1. Express your interest in this transformative program.
2. Consult with your senior leader.
3. Ensure the nomination form is shared and filled out by your nominator.
**For Nominators:**
1. Identify the promising talent(s) in your organization.
2. Complete the nomination form to officially nominate your candidate(s).
3. Inform your nominee(s) about their selection.

**PROGRAM FEE**
The program fee is €5,000 per participant. For the 2025 edition, EIT Urban Mobility is pleased to offer a 40% co-funding opportunity to selected candidates, reducing the fee to 3000€. Additional financial support will be available for cities with outstanding needs. Any associated travel costs will be covered by the participating organisation.
